2. Reservations & Ticketing
• All reservations and ticket purchases are final; refunds or exchanges are not offered except in the rare instance of event cancellation.
• Tickets and VIP packages are non-transferable without prior written approval.
• Lost or misplaced tickets will not be replaced.
3. Conduct & Atmosphere
• Guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect, discretion, and courtesy toward staff and fellow patrons.
• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or any unlawful activity will result in immediate removal without refund.
• Any property damage caused by a guest will be charged to that guest in full.
4. Beverages & Responsible Enjoyment
• A valid ID is required for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances.
• Guests who appear overly intoxicated will be refused further service and may be escorted from the premises for their safety.
5. Photography & Media
